Guest Speaker: Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek
Sheriff Budensiek has been employed at MCSO since he was hired as a Deputy Sheriff in the Uniform Road Patrol Division in 1997. He worked under Sheriff Crowder until his retirement in 2012 and then under Sheriff Snyder. He has held every supervisory rank at MCSO. In 2024, upon Sheriff Snyder’s retirement, he ran for the Office of Sheriff unopposed. Sheriff Budensiek is a lifelong Martin County resident and lives in Hobe Sound with his wife and 4 children.
