The Beach2Bar 5K+ is BACK! The Saturday afternoon Run/Walk after Thanksgiving, featuring a scenic route from the Beach (Stuart Beach) to the Bar ( Carsons Tavern) returns for another year!
Participants will begin the race on the Stuart public beach at 4pm, make their way across a pair of bridges and end at Carsons Tavern to begin the festivities. The post-race party will feature refreshments; a BBQ: Music and the Awards Ceremony. The course is 3.4 miles (5K+), is USATF sanctioned and features chip timing by MCM Timing & Results. Awards will be given to the overall male/female winners and to the top three males/females in each age category. The first 200 registered runners will receive a beautiful long-sleeve shirt. This feel good Family event will again benefit L.A.H.I.A., Love and Hope in Action.
