Easter Brunch at Drift Kitchen & Bar

Drift Kitchen + Bar at Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa will be serving up an eggstra-special Easter Brunch menu on Sunday, April 21 from 11 a.m.-3 p. m. The Easter Brunch menu will include a made-to-order omelet station, indulgent vanilla French toast dolloped with a berry compote and whipped cream, a carving station featuring herb crusted sirloin and maple glazed ham, Scottish salmon topped with citrus-tarragon beurre blank and tomato-cape relish, and a Chef’s assortment of homemade desserts and pastries. In addition, each guest will receive a complimentary mimosa upon arrival and children will receive a visit from the Easter Bunny himself. The cost is $55 for adults and $20 for children.
