February 23rd - 24th:
Stuart Art Festival
10 am - 5 pm; Downtown Stuart will be transformed once again as more than 200 artists and their creations fill Osceola Street with every medium of fine art. Proceeds from the Arts Festival benefit the Stuart Main Street Association.
