Week 7: Healing through Writing
Our ‘Healing through Writing’ workshop focuses on helping individuals to begin to heal from their grief by reflecting on positive things and the good emotions they bring up.
Each week in our unique Healing Path Workshops Series includes a different topic of interest presented by a different area professional; all workshops are focused on ‘practical next steps in the healing journey.’ The expert advice, purposefully woven into each presentation, allows individuals to learn about the grief process as well as benefit from the advice provided by area professionals.
