VIM Fit Fest and 5K Color Fun Run

Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) Clinic presents VIM Fit Fest and 5K Color Fun Run on Saturday morning, October 23rd from 7 am to 11 am at Flagler Park in downtown Stuart. This free community event will feature over 50 health and wellness organizations providing information and demonstrations about the amazing wellness opportunities available in our area. Join us for yoga, Qi Gong, stretching, boxing, self-defense demonstrations and more! There will even be a basketball free throw Clinic. The morning kicks off with a 5K Color Fun Run through downtown Stuart. The 5K costs $35 to register at https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/Stuart/VIMFitFest5KColorRun. Admission to the wellness fair is free.
