Mark Miller has successfully defended client’s rights before the U.S. Supreme Court as part of the legal team of the Pacific Legal Foundation. PLF has achieved nine landmark victories enforcing the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of individual liberty against overreaching government regulation. He heads back to Washington, D.C. this fall to present arguments in Weyerhaeuser v. U.S. Fish and Wildlife, dealing with the abuse of the Endangered Species Act.
