INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY TECHNICIAN– Location: Jensen Beach, Florida, USA Location: South East Florida (Jensen Beach area) Reports To: Operations Manager Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Position Summary We are seeking a Industrial Machinery Technician to perform the assembly, wiring, installation, testing, and maintenance of dispensing systems for inks and paints. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic work, and offers a clear pathway for growth toward the Operations Manager position for individuals who show capability and leadership. Key Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical components, frames, and subassemblies of dispensing systems.
• Wire and connect electrical components and control panels per diagrams and safety codes.
• Install and connect pneumatic components (tubing, valves, actuators) to ensure proper function and no leaks.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems during/after assembly.
• Align and calibrate moving parts for precision operation of equipment.
• Test completed systems for functionality and compliance with specifications; adjust as needed.
• Maintain production documentation, build records, and test reports.
• Load/unload components or finished systems and maintain an organized, safe production area.
• Provide suggestions for improving assembly, wiring, or testing processes.
• Demonstrate readiness to grow into supervisory/managerial responsibilities.

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in production, assembly, machinery maintenance, or related fields.
• Ability to wire electrical panels/cabinets and install pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with tools, electrical meters, and pneumatic assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and pneumatic layouts.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow technical documentation.
• Physically capable of lifting ~50 lbs and performing manual tasks.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with dispensing systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery. Knowledge of PLC wiring, sensors, or actuators is a plus. Forklift certification or material handling experience. Salary & Classification Proposed starting range: $23–$28 per hour (approx. $48,000–$58,000 annually), depending on experience and skills.
