DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES & RISK MANAGEMENT

Deadline: Open Until Filled This position provides Human Resource (HR) leadership to the Village, to include HR planning, recruitment, selection and orientation, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, while maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures to support these functions.
