Founded in 1984, Ashley Capital has become one of the largest privately-held real estate investment companies in the United States. The firm has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, New York and Florida. Ashley pursues opportunistic investments, creating value by buying brownfield parcels and transforming them into state-of-the-art industrial centers, acquiring and redeveloping underperforming industrial and office properties, and developing and managing new business parks.

Ashley’s current portfolio stands at over 30 million square feet.
