Levy Building Sciences, LLC is the Treasure Coast's premier indoor environmental consulting firm. Levy Building Sciences was formed by Mark E. Levy, CIEC. Mark has been an indoor environmental professional (IEP) for over 20 years and has performed thousands of indoor environmental, building science, and forensic investigations. Mr. Levy has worked for some of the leading forensic engineering/environmental consulting firms in the country and has provided expert witness testimony regarding mold/water damage, insurance claims & fraud, construction defects, and real estate disclosure issues. Levy Building Sciences provides third-party cost effective and science/data driven mold/water damage assessments and many other indoor environmental consulting services to private parties, insurance carriers, property managers, attorneys, mold remediation/restoration companies and general contractors. Due to our size and overhead costs we are able to provide the same level of credentialing, service and legally defensible reporting as the majority of our larger competitors at a lower cost..
