Your Property Tax Dollars Help Children Succeed
Across the Treasure Coast, your property tax dollars help children grow, families thrive, and parents find support when they need it most. Through the Children’s Services Councils of Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee Counties, these investments provide 37% of Helping People Succeed’s revenue and make vital local services possible.
Behind the numbers in this graphic are meaningful moments: a new mom gaining confidence, a child learning to communicate and manage emotions, a parent discovering ways to support their child’s development, and a young person finding friendship and belonging in afterschool or summer programs.
From Baby Connections and developmental screenings to Healthy Families, early intervention and youth programming, this funding helps us identify needs early and support children as they grow.
Thank you to our local Children’s Services Councils and the taxpayers of the Treasure Coast. Your investment helps build stronger families and a stronger community.

New Group Experiences

Mental Health Support That Meets You Where You Are
This October, in recognition of Mental Illness Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day, Helping People Succeed is reminding our community that support is available—and accessing care shouldn’t feel like another challenge to overcome.
Our mental health team provides therapy for children ages 5+, teens, and adults, with flexible options including in-office, telehealth, school-based, and in-home services. We also offer psychiatric services, including evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support.
With services available in English, Spanish, and Creole, and options for private pay, commercial insurance, Medicaid, and assistance for some uninsured individuals, our goal is simple: meet people where they are and help them move forward.
We’re also excited to introduce two new group opportunities designed to provide additional support for youth and parents. Learn more below.
Stronger kids. Stronger caregivers. Stronger connections.

Helping People Succeed’s Elevate Together is a 6-week youth + caregiver experience designed to help families build practical skills they can use long after the evening ends.
Each week includes a FREE family-style dinner, followed by engaging activities focused on confidence, coping skills, emotional growth, and positive relationships. Caregivers will also gain tools and strategies to continue that growth at home.

 > Okeechobee: Thursdays
5:30–7:30 PM | For 6-weeks
