Artificial Intelligence is now accessible to small businesses of every size. Email, customer service, marketing, sales, purchasing, and logistics are already being reshaped by AI systems that act, respond, and decide at machine speed.

This seminar introduces small business owners and leaders to how AI is actually entering their organizations — not as a single tool, but as a structural change in how work is done.

Using clear, non-technical language, the presentation walks through:
  • How AI “instances” can function as virtual departments
  • Why many businesses are flattening management layers as AI takes on coordination roles
  • What tasks AI handles well — and where human judgment remains essential
  • How customer trust, brand voice, and values must still be guided by people

A central theme of the seminar is human-centered integration. AI increases efficiency, but without conscious design it can weaken empathy, clarity, and purpose. Business owners are encouraged to think not only about adoption, but about leadership: how humans guide, supervise, and set the tone for intelligent systems.

The seminar also introduces the idea of limited logic and limited language — the discipline of restraint when working with AI. Participants learn why clearer outcomes often come from simpler instructions, fewer assumptions, and explicit human oversight.

This session is designed to help small business owners:
  • Understand what AI can realistically do today
  • Avoid common misunderstandings and overreach
  • Adopt AI in a way that supports people, customers, and long-term trust

No prior technical knowledge is required. The focus is practical, grounded, and immediately applicable.

Meet Your Instructor: Peter Bonk

Peter has a graduate degree in business and an extensive background in technology, education, and entrepreneurship.

He has founded and led multiple technology companies, guiding them from early development through growth and successful exit. His work has focused on applying emerging technologies in practical, real-world business environments rather than theory or hype.

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Peter has taught computer and information literacy at the college level, working directly with adult learners and small business professionals as they adapt to rapid technological change.

His current focus is helping small business owners understand Artificial Intelligence as a management and decision-support system — not just a collection of tools. He emphasizes clarity, restraint, and human oversight so that AI strengthens business operations without undermining judgment, trust, or values.

Peter’s presentations are grounded in executive experience and designed to make complex technological shifts understandable and usable for non-technical audiences.
