Alzheimer's Community Care (ACC) is a nonprofit organization that was founded nearly 30 years ago to provide resources and support for family caregivers and their loved ones living with neurocognitive disorders. Since then, we have served thousands of families in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie county.
Our 7 core services include:
- Specialized Alzheimer's care and service centers
- ID locator service
- Professional & community education
- 24 hour crisis line
- Family nurse consultant
- Case management
- Advocacy
We rely on donations to keep our services at low or no cost.
How you can help:
