Guess Who’s Back? The Firefly Family Just Got Brighter |

Dear friends,
I’m delighted to share some exciting news with you – our Firefly family is glowing a little brighter with the return of Nancy McCarthy!
Nancy first joined Firefly in 2009 and was an integral part of our early days, helping to shape the firm by delivering exceptional results for our clients. Since then, she has expanded her expertise across corporate and nonprofit sectors, leading strategic communications efforts at Florida Power & Light Company, United Way of Martin County and TBC Corporation. Now, she’s bringing that experience back to Firefly, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
“Returning to Firefly feels like coming home – now with even more experience under my belt, a fresh perspective and a deeper understanding of what it takes to spark meaningful connections and deliver results. I’m proud to have been part of Firefly’s past, and I am excited to help set the stage for the future," Nancy said.
Nancy’s strategic mindset and creativity make her a perfect fit for Firefly – and for our clients. If you’ve worked with her before, you know firsthand the energy and insight she brings to every project. And if you haven’t yet had the pleasure, I can’t wait for you to meet her!
“Working with Nancy at Firefly and later as a funded partner through United Way, I’ve seen her creative approach to communications and her ability to rally people around a message. I’m now looking forward to collaborating with her as a client, as we work together to further House of Hope’s mission to help people overcome hunger and hardship,” said House of Hope CEO Rob Ranieri.
Nancy’s return is a full-circle moment, and I’m thrilled to have her on the team for this next chapter. Please join me in welcoming Nancy back to the jar. You can give her a buzz at nancy@fireflyforyou.com
