Treasure Coast Food Bank Enhances Workforce with APTMetrics Support
National consulting firm partners with Food Bank for growth ahead of 2025 expansion
FORT PIERCE, Fla. – June 23, 2025 — As Treasure Coast Food Bank prepares to open its new 132,000-square-foot operations center later this summer, the organization is investing in its talented team. With pro bono support from the national consulting firm APTMetrics, the Food Bank aims to increase its capacity to continue to strengthen the community for generations to come.
The partnership is spearheaded by Dr. Kathleen Lundquist, founder of APTMetrics and a member of the Food Bank’s board of directors. With decades of expertise in organizational development, Dr. Lundquist and her team are working closely with leadership to leverage talent, increase capacity, and help ensure a unified organization, culture, and team response to growth in preparation for the move to the new operations center.
