| Dear Fellow Floridian, Today, Anne and I wish the Jewish community throughout Florida and across our nation an easy and meaningful fast this Yom Kippur. May this time of reflection bring peace and renewal for a new year. The Jewish community has never faltered in its resilience and commitment to living peacefully among its neighbors, both in Florida and around the world. As you know, antisemitism and violence against Israel and the Jewish community across the country and the world have grown exponentially. The reality of this is deeply concerning, and that is why we must all stay committed to calling out antisemitism at every turn and working together with local, state, and federal leaders to ensure safety and security for all Floridians. The United States and Israel maintain strong ties, and we have come together over decades to defend our common interests, protect peace, and guarantee security. As your United States Senator, I will never stop fighting to protect and support our great ally, Israel, and Jewish families in Florida and across the nation.
